QIWI ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO DIVIDEND RECORD DATE
MOSCOW, RUSSIA – November 22, 2013 – QIWI plc, (NASDAQ: QIWI) announced today that the record date for its recently declared dividend of $16,678,014.08 or 32 cents per share has been changed to December 2, 2013 from the previously announced date of November 29, 2013. The change assures the dividend record date is consistent with NASDAQ notice requirements. The dividend payment date remains December 3, 2013 as originally announced.
