NanduQ Announces Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

NICOSIA, CYPRUS – April 9, 2025 – NanduQ plc (AIX: NNDQ and MOEX: QIWI) (“NanduQ”, “Group” or the “Company”), an innovative provider of cutting-edge fintech services, today announced that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the "EGM") on Monday May 26, 2025 at 10.00 a.m. (Cyprus time) at the Company’s located at 12 Kennedy Avenue, Kennedy Business Centre, 2nd floor, 1087, Nicosia, Cyprus.

Only shareholders of record at the close of business on April 7, 2025 are entitled to receive notice and to vote at the EGM and any adjourned meeting thereof. The eligible holders of the Company's American Depositary Shares (the "ADS") shall exercise their voting rights in accordance with relevant provisions of the Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement dated February 20, 2025, must act through the custodian of the Company's ADS program, RCS Trust and Corporate Services Ltd.

RCS Trust and Corporate Services Ltd. provides the opportunity, upon registration, to submit voting instructions on its website at https://rcsgroup.com/signin/. Holders of the ADS are cordially invited to attend the EGM.

At the EGM, amended and restated Articles of Association of the Company will be submitted for the shareholders’ approval.
